HOW MUCH FOOD SHOULD YOU EAT IN A DAY?

Hello everyone..

Today I want to talk about the amount of food we should eat during the day. 

Below, I give indicative figures, they do not take into account your individual characteristics, physical activity. Nevertheless, with their help, you can form a healthy menu for the day.

✅ Cereals and cereals - 200-250g (ready-made porridge, spaghetti from durum wheat)

✅ Whole-grain bread - 50-150 g (bread can be replaced with an extra portion of porridge)

✅ Meat, fish, poultry, eggs, seafood - 200-250g (divided into 2-3 meals)

✅ Vegetables - at least 400g (fresh and cooked).

✅ Dairy drinks - 200-250 ml
              Cheese - 150g
              Cheese - 30g
Interchangeability is possible (the more fatty the dairy product, the less the amount).

✅ Vegetable oil - 2-3 tablespoons per day

✅ Nuts, seeds - 10-15g

✅ Fruit, berries - 300-350g
